Lost Items & Credit Cards
Due to the extremely high volume of lost items in our venues, we are unable to respond to individual inquiries via telephone, email, or social media. We apologize for the inconvenience. Please visit River Shannon during normal business hours to inquire about your lost item.
Per CDC recommendations, we do not accept cash at this time. River Shannon accepts all major credit cards. Please note that a small service charge will be applied. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
